What file types can I upload?
We recommend high-resolution PDF, TIFF or JPG files. For the best print quality, please upload the highest-resolution version of your artwork available.
What resolution should my artwork be?
For best results, we recommend approximately 300 DPI at the intended print size. Lower-resolution files may still be usable depending on the artwork and final size.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Desert Frames supports custom print and framing sizes. Enter your artwork dimensions in the Studio to configure your finished piece.
Can I order without uploading artwork?
Yes. If you need FRAME ONLY, you can order the frame and bring your existing print or artwork to us.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes. Our online Studio lets you preview your artwork with different frame finishes, mounts, borders and other available options before adding the design to your cart.
